A blank space just to store one swift scrawl.

Deliver mind's rest with the nightfall.

Thoughts that move us, or those we reject.

As I ponder all I consume,

Time traveled speedily by

Miles moved me as did your words each night

Thank you fellow writers I cherish

Reach out for space eclectic

And here, I thought about you

Post writing up for review

I stepped away from my pen

Yet I found it once again

Just a moment to greet you

My forgotten Tumblr view

Faint traces of static still belong,

Rhymes lost amid Tumblr's throng.

Few eyes stumbled across each song,

Yet I dared trickling when I felt wronged

Does it confuse you like a curve ball?

It's not mere words just being scrawled

Would she sip hot coffee without a cup?

Will she cast her eyes toward the broad skies?

Commanding all below to be apprised,

No beauty is greater than that within

While fables & myths begin their tailspin.

That she released a spellbinding focus

In each mirror and said hocus pocus.

"Be captivated by unearthly charm

Of compassion which lures all to disarm

Evil roots that enchanted knowingly."

A smile hides deception at first glance.

Walking through the mist of cloudy days,

Seeking somewhere out in the distance.

Guided only by each lunar phase,

Reactions with hostility no doubt.

Lacking compassion in the suffering.

Gobble up the thoughts of a writer's pen.

Some points resonate ev'ry now & then.

Gobble up accounts of a writer's hand.

Anecdotes & tales, both written offhand.

Gobble up reflections of writer's ink.

My day held dinner after school

As laughter reigned and overruled.

Warmth filled my heart, gratitude too.

May God guide all that I pursue

Through a new year I skip along

Restores hopefulness to life here again

Disheartening to say the least

Of chaos and double standards beasts

Am I living in a place highly sought
