The disorganization within Class A’s team has been dragging on for an unreasonably long time, nothing’s getting done, and Ishida is clearly at fault for all this. It’s one thing to have that one team member who’s a little unreasonable, but for the one person who proclaims over and over again that they’ll “take care of it” like leader talk and continue to make things difficult? No, that’s not going to work at all. But no need to worry any longer; when all else fails, threatening immediate physical seems to do the trick (if not beating sense into them).
Shovel ready to be swung at him from the side, she’ll hold off on that for now. She has his attention now, but she’ll have to be sure he’s actually listening.
“Your strategies aren’t working.” Blunt and straight to the point, he can’t possibly overlook that. “We’re losing more and more participants to Class B, and there are some people who suggest it’s because you’re an ass, so I’m here to straighten things out. Alright?”
Of course he had no idea; who would actually leave their food behind to be picked up by another?
The answer should be: NO ONE. Obviously, no one in their right mind would just abandon food, so why the hell would he think otherwise? God damn, this guy’s a special kind of moron if his first thought was just to pick up stray food. Even if it wasn’t obvious (which, it clearly is) the food has to be someone else’s, shouldn’t there be some kind of warning that pops up in his head and tells him NOT TO EAT FOREIGN SUBSTANCES? Does he really not think to ask where anything’s been?
Amidst all her disappointment, another thought comes to mind. This is the guy. This is the fucking guy that Suguri’s always talking about, like he’s the greatest fucking human being to have ever existed. Clearly, she gave him too much credit (not a surprise).
“I went to the fucking restroom.” Finally, after a great in-depth analysis of this gluttonous idiot, she answers his question. “But, alright, fine.” And she considers his offer---only because she knows Suguri cares for him and would be pretty upset with whatever shenanigans her impulsivity would otherwise lead to. “I guess you could repay me with double the manju.”
