I REGRET DEEPLY TO WASHED MY BLANKIE....

I'm so scared of relapsing my ex texted me, spammed me and made me feel invalid I was getting better

Doe someone like want to die but not killing themselves like wishing to die but dying of like getting hitting by car or dying of being sick these past days this is what I wish the most yesterday when I was doing my breakfast I started to feel dizzy and to see nothing I thought it will gonna past but I fell and I felt horribly hot,neausous and I had a headache too I thought I was dying I closed my eyes thinking it was the end but I didn't I don't know what happened yesterday I have a part of me happy that I didn't die but a other part im sad that I didn't, I keep thinking of how people will react if I die

I'm not relapsing but I'm not recovering from my abusive relationship I don't know what to do he stil try to text me and he want to "move out" and be friends but like I feel so bad he was the reason I wanted to kms I feel like I need to have big good cry but there nobody for re comfort me even if is in online i want so much someone AWLAY there for me all I do is bed rotting I'm still proud of myself that I cleaned all my room and have a perfect hygiene

I'm genuinely too scared to text cg now since I spam and the last one wasn't awsering I feel bad

I wish so much that someone could be my officially cg and call themselves mummy or dada.. :[
