Headcanons about Dark Cacao as Selkie 🦭
I have some headcanons about Dark Cacao as Selkie (If someone ask. The idea is mine and my sister, @artarmy24 made the drawings ☺️)
• His body gives off a warm aura, or his body is warm, due to accumulated fat.
• Cacao has muscles but also has a little fat. And in his seal form, he’s chubby.
• When he’s not in his seal form, he can hold his breath underwater longer than the average human (but not as long as when he’s a seal).
• (Just like in one of my mermaid headcanons) he can eat raw fish, thanks to his gums and digestive system.
• Although seals are emotional and affectionate, Cacao is completely different when he’s human. He tends to be a bit distant and cold (and nervous), but if you earn his trust, you’ll see his affectionate side.
• He’s also a bit proud; he gets a little annoyed when people tell him he’s cute. If you’re not part of his inner circle and you know that striped seal, he gets upset and feels a little embarrassed about himself.
• Nicknames Cacao calls Vanilla: My light, my love, starfish, my little fish (mi pececito). Nicknames Vanilla calls Cacao: my moon, my diamond (because of the symbol on his seal back), my sweetheart, little seal (foquita), chubby (pachón), and potato (she only calls him that when Cacao is in his seal form and curls up into a ball).
• Although Dark Cacao (canonically) doesn’t usually show much emotion, in this AU he’s a little more expressive (you could say about 25% more so) and even more so when he’s in his seal form (in that form, he really is more affectionate).
• He keeps human clothes to wear when he's on Earth.
