My Weight Loss/ Want to travel the world!

As of April 6, 2015 I have been on a strict diet to lose about 80 lbs. I am hoping to use this blog as my inspiration to keep going. As for you, if you enjoy the page and it helps you stay motivated as well I am glad, but if you don't that is quite alright as well. I wish you all the best in health and happiness. "Live well and prosper." In addition to losing weight I am planning a gap year to Europe after I graduate from college. of course it won't be for another 5 years at least, but I figure it doesn't hurt to start planning early. so to keep track of all the places I want to see and go I will use this blog to document and plan. enjoy.

To be or not to be myself..

Its the real fucking question right now. When I am myself people seem to like me but not in a way that they want to date me. So I've tried it both ways. I've been myself on dates and I've been someone completely different on dates. The only thing I can say for sure is that at least when I am myself I don't have any doubt that the relationship wouldn't work out. When I pretend to be someone else and the relationship fails I wonder if he would have liked the real me... Or maybe he just wasn't interested I really never know. But what bums me out is that no matter who I am no one wants me.

So after the fire at my house and then going on vacation I have had such a hard time getting back on my diet. I have stayed at the same weight now for 2 months. At first I was really bummed and kinda pissed at myself. But after a while I started realizing how it's not that bad. Yeah, now it will take me 2 months longer than I thought to lose all the weight I want to BUT from taking a 2 month break all the lose skin I was seeing as begun to tighten up. I am so much more comfortable in my body right now. And now I am ready to lose more. I was beginning to doubt myself losing weight and still not liking my body, but I truly love my body and can't wait to see it with less... Padding. :)

Weight update

Today I went to my weigh in. I have finally lost the weight I gained in Hawaii. I'm back on track. I have officially lost 45 pounds. I'm more than half way there and so excited! 45 pounds in almost exactly 5 months. Hoping that by my birthday in March I'll be at my goal.
