-why she insists on making things awkward, she has no idea. perhaps it's guilt; perhaps it's an inability harness the concept of a non-antagonistic conversation, but for whatever reason, it seems to be her default. either be a bitch or turn out socially inept. biting her lip in uncertainty, she tucks a loose curl behind one ear, nodding a little- I'm alright, yeah... 

[fails to show much surprise on his features.] Hey, Margo.

-her lips press into a straight, contemplative line as she surveys his features carefully, taking in each strain of expression with a practiced eye before continuing in a subdued voice- How are you?

[He adjusts quickly to the lack of her lips, his own drifting down to her jawline, and swooping low across her porcelain neck. The thought crosses his mind that a pretty girl like her might be embarrassed to showcase a collection of hickeys at the the base of her jaw, but the idea of how her socialite friends and family would react only encourages Liam further, and his teeth graze her skin.]

-and of course, Margo does not complain. her mind isn't precisely on her family and friends right now; if it were, that'd be kinda weird. and it'll turn out, she'll have a grand old time hiding the marks up later, but it just doesn't cross her mind at this moment. if anything, she encourages it, because in some raw place of her mind that exists in this moment, she just might encourage anything he does right now- 

[Alright, that’s it! All bets are off. He’s basically up to his elbows underneath the thin cotton of her shirt, palms warmed by her lucid skin, and the kiss he returns is far far away from the realm of genteel. His lips are hard and insistent against hers, and an unadulterated happiness spreads out- and downward from the crown of his head, encompassing his entire being.]

-short breaths have cut it so far, but she is a person, so she has to tilt her head away minutely to breathe, lips parting from his reluctantly, and as if not to dissuade him, she slips her fingers beneath the fabric of his shirt, tensing her hand slightly to allow her fingertip to press into his skin, her frame flush against his- 

[works his palms upward, inching higher and higher along her seemingly fragile spine, as he swipes his tongue along her lower lip questioningly.]

-her skin feels more sensitive with his hands pressed against it, and it seems to heighten her awareness of every touch, every sensation. by way of response, she nips at his lip gently, the hand on his waist grasping at the fabric there, encouraging him on- 

[isn’t even really conscious of his actions, doesn’t think about what he’s going to do next. He just reacts. And when Margo does nothing to resist his advance, Liam reacts. His hands slide around to press against the small of her back, allowing him to easily pull her body up against his tightly, assisting in her attempts to deepen the kiss.]

-isn't objecting to any of this, when he pulls her against him, she winds her arm more securely around his neck, and the other hand now placed inconveniently on his chest only creates space between them, so she trails it down to his waist, finding it works better there-
