Marcus is one of the sweetest, kindest, and most hardworking people I know. He is president of our campus’s pride club next year, and always one of the people that spread happiness to everyone around them. He is working hard for the trans community here at UTD, and we, as his friends, have gotten worried about him lately.
We’re tired of seeing bags under our beloved friends eyes as he comes home from yet another week of working too hard to cover living expenses on top of transition expense. We’re hoping to start an all out war on budgets and raise in the next six months all the money we need to help Marcus, who truly deserves it. We want nothing more than for our friend to be able to love himself as fully as we all love him.
Please take a moment to consider donating, even .50 cents helps. Even if you donate ten cents, Mar will see it and he will no doubt have the biggest smile on his face.
