I actually disagree with the oft repeated sentiment that the "middle class are not your enemy" because they absolutely can be.

"prolitariat" as a class is good because it is unifying, the class interests of every member within the prolitariat are within the prolitariat.

the "middle class" is not a good phrase because there is no middle class interests or solidarity. the "middle class" includes many like members of the labour aristocracy, it includes small business owners, it includes workers who are just lucky with work. there is no class solidarity between these layers.

the labour Aristocracy are inherently reactionary and so will be counter revolutionary, the petit bourgeose will always turn right when the workers are looking left. it was the Petit bourgeosie who allowed the rise of hitler, and who over through Allende. these people are your enemy, they want monopoly capitalism and the imperialist endeavours that follow, and they will fight to maintain it.

I find that often when this sentiment is presented, then it in a way proposes that the call to action is to not dismiss organising amongst the labour aristocracy, when the immediate task should really be to organise amongst the most oppressed layers of the working class, who have the least to gain from Imperialism and are the most open to revolutionary politics.

how can anyone pretend a country is democratic when its economy is run according to the the interests of a small fraction of the population? the interests of the overwhelming majority in any capitalist country barely factor into deciding where society's resources are invested, which jobs are created, and where. even government led investments of tax money are decided by political parties that are paid for by capitalists, represent their interests, and can be destroyed by businesses removing investment in the economy whenever they disapprove of government policy

being allowed to vote for which representative will manage the system on behalf of powerful capitalist interests is a limited, narrow form of democracy, and is used to fool us into thinking that society is run by the mass of the population

there's no democracy for the workers when you live under a dictatorship of capital

unfortunately with sufficient observational capabilities you can tell when someone doesn't think of you when you're not around. and it always makes me feel pretty bad. never something i want to comment on. sometimes ppl who care lots about me also just dont feel things about me when im not present. it's still awkward. the knowledge that i could disappear and they would take weeks to notice.

at the same time, i do also sometimes notice that someone thinks about me a lot when im not around. and sometimes they've been doing a good job at hiding it, or it's not someone i expected to like. matter to. and that's very flustering to observe. it doesn't even, like, mean anything. more about someone seeing me as new than anything else. but it's still quite affecting. so it's a mixed bag.

So like looking at the prominent names in the Mecha-themed TTRPG scene we have mainly some big tactics and war games like Lancer and Battletech with very defined rules and settings, and I think partially in response to that, we also have a lot of looser "story game" type systems like Beam Saber.

But when we look at the Magical Girl TTRPG scene, there are pretty much exclusively loosely-defined story games, most of which I've seen some pretty strong complaints about.

The solution is clear. We need a crunchy tactics game based on Magical Girls.

I of course always knew about trans women being ostracized and dumped by friend groups. I thought I was lucky to get into transfeminism before I really started socializing. So I could avoid that type of problem. Turns out, transfeminists will post about this type of thing and do it to other girls anyway.
