The Aishalton Petroglyphs are ancient rock carvings found near Makatau Mountain in southern Guyana, dating back to as early as 5000 BCE. They offer a vivid glimpse into the lives and beliefs of the region’s earliest inhabitants.

Guyana is the only country in South America where English is the official language. It's home to the majestic Kaieteur Falls and vast untouched rainforests.

The Cuyuni/Mazaruni Region is bordered on the East by Venezuela and by the Essequibo River on the Western side. The region has an area of 18,400 square miles. It comprises of a vast amount of Forested Hinterland and a small amount of Hilly Sand and Clay region.

Guyana has nine Indigenous Nations that settled across Guyana. The Indigenous Peoples are the very first inhabitants of the land. They share a rich and diverse culture and are one of the many ethnic groups that make up the peoples of Guyana.
