How many mls does the 1000mcg come in where you're from? Just take that 😊 doesn't matter how many mls, as long as the dose is 1000mcg x

They’re not bad, they’re just not ‘ideal as its empty calories..I don’t personally cook with oil, but I’ll consume when out for dinner or getting takeaway. When I do cook with it, I personally prefer coconut oil x

You're still vegan 😊 I don't know any vegan that is 'perfect'. If you say you are vegan, eat a vegan diet, don't purchase items with animal products and do the best you can then you're vegan! There's no right or wrong way!

Love going to this place for brekky- granola, fresh fruit and massive smoothies 💛 we rode around our area all morning in search for a new place, and I think we found one!!! Yay!
