I have successfully resorted to temporary acceptance of chaos instead of immediate simplicity.

I won’t sugar coat it. This is harder than I thought. While I have been successful at reducing the digital clutter in my life and have radically sorted through my digital mementos: my photos.

I have over 35,000 digital photographs; most of which I never look at… Because they are too many! 500 Christmas…

It’s not that easy to get rid of things. Most challenging are the small mementos one collects over time in all the places I’ve visited. This needs more thought. And best over a nice dinner.

Step 1. Rethink and review what I have.

How many of the things I have do I really want and need? Which of the items I own truly add value to my life? Which distract? I want to reduce to the essentials. Rethink my life. Own things i really want and use.

Cleaning up starts today.

I want to remove all items, which do not add value to my life, which I do not use. Relentless giving away.
