This sums up my life right now. I‘ve got 10 days off benzos (which feels MUCH longer) and still drank some small amounts of alcohol every couple days since, and ofc I‘m on MAT too which in my case is Diamorphine, but I feel like I‘m so fucking sober, and have been fucking sober, so hyper-aware of all my issues for an eternity, I get like 3-4 hours of sleep at the most, have panic attacks regularly and feel like I‘m going to burst at any minute.

Ich wurde btw im Juni vergewaltigt, nehme seitdem immer öfter Benzos mit Alkohol und versuche nebenbei irgendwie die Uni und alles andere zu stemmen.

Ebenfalls hatte ich mein Diamorphin bis dahin schon um die Hälfte reduziert, und wollte bis zum Ende des Wintersemesters davon runter und maximal auf einer geringen Dosis Substitol sein, weil ich ja auch irgendwann endlich das Praktikum nachholen muss, danach in absehbarer Zeit in dem Beruf arbeiten werde und das geht nicht, wenn ich zweimal am Tag zur Vergabe muss. Mittlerweile nehme ich wieder fast so viel Diamorphin wie vorher und zusätzlich noch Substitol…

Hatte vor etwas über einem Monat einen Kokain-Rückfall, nach siebeneinhalb Jahren. Ich hatte wieder genauso schlimme Nebenwirkungen und absolut kein Bedürfnis das je wieder zu nehmen.
