 ❝hey,you again!❞scout’s tone is chipper,in a good mood due to the energy drink she just downed as if it were water. she bounces up to them,smiles and all,moving around not so gracefully to go up to them,chains on her torn jeans jingling while she moves about.

 ❝funny seeing you here,though it is your job. i’m just here to watch the show,not working tonight. i needed a break.❞she almost says this all in one breath before she takes a breather and laughs at herself,hand runs through short pink hair,the smile still on her face  -  genuinely happy to see the kind journalist she had met a month prier.

 ❝what brings ya back here,you know,besides the obvious? can’t imagine someone willingly coming back to this shitty town.❞

     ❛      i got a name, you know that, right?      ❜    nate laughs alongside scout, not actually showing any sort of offense.    nate is a good listener, they caught every single word that ran out of scout’s mouth.    they nod, clapping their hands in front of that.    there’s no notebook and pen in their hands.     ❛      i’m off tonight.    needed a break too and no class.      ❜

scout chuckles at the question,a smirk growing on pouty lips,❝sorry,i don’t get asked this very often. it’s rare someone wants an interview,or asks.❞she admits,small blush of embarrassment or shyness creeping on her cheeks,she’s glad for the corpse paint caked on her face,otherwise they’d see it growing the more she speaks.

❝i’m open to the idea,if that’s what you’re wondering.❞she runs a hand through messy platinum locks,its a mess from the show she’s just helped with,not only with the stage decorating,but the photography for their sites and whatever else they use the photo’s for,her camera is tucked away safe in the band’s changing room.

❝i am assuming you’re a journalist yourself. if so,i appreciate you asking beforehand. the only other time i’ve been asked,they just spewed random questions at me.❞

    ❛      yeah, no problem.    i totally get it.      ❜    nate laughs along with her.    they keep their focus on the paint on their face.    something very different from the face painting podiums they have at the local fair, which is what’s probably intriguing them the most.
