hi guys!! my name is amani and im 16 years old. please be 13+!! i have a bunch of interests and stuff i like to do. the main ones are listening to music, collecting CDs, collaging, writing (poetry, hcs), reading, watching movies and shows, and exercising. i wrestle too! im absolute dogshit but dont mind that ❤️ here are specifics about what i like:

music: i am into SO MUCH. lately it’s a broad mix of 60s and 70s funk, rock, soul, folk and psychedelia (jimi hendrix, america, beach boys, steely dan, rupert holmes, hall & oates, black sabbath, robert lester folsom, vashti bunyan and MANY more smaller artists), reggae and its subgenres (bob marley, steel pulse, yellowman, the expanders, sublime, rebelution, long beach dub allstars and shortbus, pepper, slightly stoopid and various other smaller artists), and alt metal+grunge+alt rock+sludge+punk+doom+proto (alice in chains, acid bath, soundgarden, stone temple pilots, jack off jill, bikini kill). i listen to SO many other genres too; my spotify all the way below

movies and shows: i really really like amc’s the walking dead, true detective season 1, and mad men. i also watch saiki k and am just starting monster. i plan on watching attack on titan, too 😛 top 4 on letterboxd (link way below) as of late goes requiem for a dream, dazed and confused, dallas buyers club, and little miss sunshine. im a big fan of matthew mcconaughey, pamela anderson, paul dano, al pacino, matt dillon, and other prominent actors!!

books: this one’s a new interest! im into freakonomics, uzumaki, the homunculus trilogy, world war z, and scarpetta. i like nonfiction books surrounding econ/history/criminology and dark/apocalyptic fiction
