Holy shit, this is amazing. This honestly is so amazingly true in so many ways. I probably won’t take any of it’s advice, but damn, this chick nails it. All of it.
omg i love this so much! i love being alone. if i don't want to hang out with me then i can't expect anyone else to! ;) if friends didn't create social obligations for me who knows how long I'd spend alone reading, writing, watching documentaries, practicing French (poorly), painting and meditating. But those are all my favorite things to do! Sigh. About 6 years ago i joined my sorority because i didn't have an active social life. So i did that whole college social scene for awhile and completely neglected all my aforementioned hobbies. Since leaving school, I'm finding myself slowly slipping back into my solitary ways. Hopefully one of these days I'll find the perfect balance of alone time and friend time!
