It's been going really well, though! I started at the end of last month and have been pretty consistent with it, just lots of rest between sessions so I don't crash. Have not yet focused much on pushing my limits since I'm trying to see where my baseline is at with weight and how much effort I can put in safely.

My latest workout, show in the photos, definitely kicked my butt. I woke up early on Saturday to get in a solid leg workout (with a bit of warm up cardio not documented) before grabbing lunch with friends and my god. Ouch. Really sore. SO hungry ever since. Not sure if that workout is why I felt incredibly fatigued and unwell this weekend or if I accidentally ate something with potatoes in it but I'm feeling okay now! I'm using Hevy to track things and I REALLY like it. For the life of me I cannot remember what app/website I used to use way back in like 2013 but Hevy has been an excellent replacement for whatever that was lol I can make my own routines and adjust on the fly, add in timed breaks, etc. I also REALLY love that it shows muscle splits and some other cool data. I've only been tracking the weight portion of my workouts with Hevy.

Feels really good to pick heavy things up and put them back down again. Covid absolutely destroyed so much of the progress I made rebuilding stamina and improving my health so I am happy to FINALLY be back on track and moving forward :') Ubiquinol has helped a lot with that, too! I've seen so much improvement with my ME/CFS since August. I think I'll probably have to up my dose another 100mg with the added weight training and see if that helps with some of the fatigue.

Otherwise, I finally saw my new rheum and will see a new nephrologist soon, I think? I should call and see if there's anything else they need me to do. I peed in a cup, pls respond. Oh, and I had to start a statin because once again genetics has proven to be a little prick that I simply cannot out diet or exercise. Which I guess I have always known since it was also Not Super Great when I was much healthier in college. 5mg of Rosuvastatin every day for me but the side effects have been pretty mild tho it's hard to tell what's a side effect and what's because of the weight training right now in terms of sleepiness lol

Maybe I'll try to remember to take some progress photos sometime this week. Maybe Wednesday. I don't think I really took any at the very start but it really hasn't been long enough for there to be any kind of difference so it's fine. I might share them, I might wait until there's something more impressive to show off hehe
