I want to make this known; itâs OKAY to flirt with my muse, itâs okay to say flirty things to them, yes, they may not react to it, they may not respond to it positively, but know as a mun Iâm 100% OKAY with it. Especially if my muse is clearly attractive appearance wise, go a head, flirt with them, if my muse is your museâs type, itâs okay to flirt, we donât have to be shipping, we donât ever have to ship to have you flirt with my muse; I WONâT think youâre pushing a ship on me either. But I just feel that some people are scared to have their muse be flirty to another because we a muns might take it the wrong way.
Iâm not saying this goes for everyone, but Iâm letting you know that it doesnât make me uncomfortable and Iâm fine with it.
Reblog if you prefer multi-para/novella
Finding partners who do can be a little tough, and for the most part, the tags dedicated to para arenât active, so I thought it could help to make an actual post. Feel free to go through the notes to find partners, and reblog instead of liking whenever possible - itâll help the post circulate, and more people will end up seeing it, which means more potential partners!
>> His first instinct was to argue, but when he opened his mouth to do so he realised almost immediately that he didnât know what he could say to contradict her suggestion. The more he thought about it, the more likely it sounded; he wasnât as bold and thoughtless on the field as he used to be, and with the loss of recklessness came a gain in hesitation. It was difficult to follow instincts when he was afraid of making a fool of himself.Â
âI guess youâve got a point.â After leaving his mouth agape for a good minute or so, he decided to give a reply, however brief. Shoulders raised into a stiff shrug, and he furrowed his brow.
âYeah, kind of.â The blunt answer came naturally; it was kind of annoying to get told what to do by strangers, so Daisuke spoke as much with absolute honesty. To his credit, he realised a moment later that he wasnât as severely irritated as the girl might assume from this response, and added at length: âDonât worry about it, though, man â Iâd rather girls come up to me to give me tips than to give me love letters, yâknow? Itâs a lot more useful.âÂ
His features softened somewhat with his words, shaking his head as though to dismiss the negativity in his expression.Â
âThanks for the advice, anyway. Do you play?â
Chewing on her lip slightly, as Yuko did whenever she felt she ran her mouth. Sure, when it came to training and managing and all of that- people wanted to hear her advice. Random strangers was taking it too far. Just because sports were the one thing she knew she could talk about with feeling like a total fool. .....
âLove letters?â Incredulous, her face mimicking her surprise. Not in a mean way, just was this some sort of common occurrence. Was this guy some kinda stud in whatever small town his team traveled from? âUmm no worries. Not really that type of girl.â Even the whole letter in the locker move seemed a little bold to her.Â
âNot really. Just when I was a kid. Doesnât really countâ Even though it wasnât the sport she was in charge of, she had always liked it. And she had kicked around the ball with some of the others school athletes after practices. But that really wasnât worth bringing up.Â
âI watch a lot though. Iâd rather watch sports than anything else. And Iâm a manager for the kendo team for my school so I guess Iâm just used to doling out advice without thinking.âShe added lamely in an attempt to explain her strange need to correct this guys form without prompting.Â

âą Â â as per usual, he was enthralled in his laptop. currently keeping tabs on school students and ongoings of what happened on the school grounds. due to his looks jin had never been approached, and honestly was caught off guard when he heard someone elseâs voice. swapping tabs now would be suspicious, so jin merely paused a second then, as calmly as he could, closed his laptop and turned to her. â is that really any of your business? â
he already had a lie in mind if she pressed for answers, but he didnât want to talk any more than he had to.
As much as Yuko hated feeling annoying- there was a streak in her that just flared up when anyone talked to her like that. It wasnât even mean or cruel- just calm and nonplussed as if she didnât even matter. Some sort of fly buzzing around that this weird kid was just going to flick away. And oh did that annoy her....Â
It wasnât as if she really cared. If she had it her way she wouldnât come to school either. Just dealing with disappointed teachers telling her how she didnât care day after day was enough to call it quits. But it wasnât as if she was lurking around like some creep like this dude and his laptop. If he was trying to be subtle, he was failing.Â
âWhat? Can you not handle a question? I was just curious- after all you do look real suspicious you know?â
>> When Daisuke realised a girl had approached him â and, unobservant as he was, this took a moment â he immediately braced himself for the usual trial. Girls were difficult, at least to him; when they werenât talking about stuff he didnât get, they were complimenting him, which tended to just weird him out. He wasnât equipped with the social skills to deal with people in general, but guys were less pressure.Â
Still, it seemed that his dread was over nothing in this case; she was speaking his language.Â
âThanks ââ Though receiving constructive criticism from a stranger does take him off guard, itâs a more welcome topic than most of the ones heâs approached with. âAnd itâs alright, man. If youâve got something to say, go ahead.âÂ
Crossing her arms across her self, she was almost starting to feel a little regret. Why couldnât she keep her stupid mouth shut for once. Boys hated brash girls who said what they wanted and asked lots of questions. Basically everything that she did.Â
No wonder he was so taken aback when she had approached him- but it had seemed so easy. Something about him gave her a vibe he was like Kaz. In fact she hadnât even really talked to him but after watching him play- she had a feeling they would get along.Â
âYouâre hesitating a little bit. You got to trust your instincts. Youâre still getting to the ball of course, but just a split second sooner and you could make the play even better.â
Part of her considered not saying anything, she had even bit her lip to stop herself. But when it came to doling out athletic advice she was as unstoppable as she was when it came to food.
âUgh... sorry. I bet you think Iâm real annoying huh? Some girl who just bosses around strangers...â
Grey eyes focus on the manager of the kendo team. They had spoken once and conversations were never sparked again. Instead he focused his time with kendo practice or speaking with his fellow teammates. They were all stunned by what a natural he was, though he had an advantage due to training in the tower.
Though now her attention is focused on him, as he packs away equipment into the lockers. Heâs unsure of where her interest lies in requesting his precense on the track home, but heâs never one to deny.
       â Okay. â
New members of the team rarely caught her interest. Especially quiet mopey ones who were probably only at Kendo practice because someone told them they had to. Watching him for a few practices informed her otherwise though. Even with his nonchalant demeanor, there was no denying he was talented. And Kaz seemed to really like him.Â
She watched him carefully, trying to figure out just why so many people seemed to think this kid was so cool. He was so quiet and never really seemed to be paying attention to anything but his headphones. Weird.Â
âSo, how do you like being on the team? Kaz is really excited about having you this year.â
âIâm not surprised,â Yu responds, though itâs mostly to himself, because he probably wouldnât have heard of  Inaba himself if it werenât for his motherâs tenuous connection with her younger brother. Yu wondered if it was the months in Inaba that made it so difficult to function in the city now, but there was certainly a sense of relief as well that came from the familiar sensation of being boxed in on all sides by gleaming glass buildings.
âNarukami Yu,â he says with a little dip of his head. ââ-Er, do you go to Gekkoukan?â
Boys like this were so difficult. She always had to coax every little thing out of them. Every little thing took poking and prodding and pushing the conversation along. She used to know someone like that... But this boy did seem a little more open at least. And it was a tad aggressive on her part just talking to a stranger like that- but anything was better than awkward silences.Â
âYep! Well.... I used to. All done now. Nishiwaki Yuko!â
A friendly smile, maybe this conversation wasnât as much of a bust as she thought.Â
âWhat about you Narukami-kun? Are you just visiting?â
This has been on my mind for long but Iâm gonna do this - please reblog this if youâre comfortable with pre-establishing relationships. I do not mean âmet at the grocery store two weeks agoâ or âhave a common friendâ, but rather stuff like âhave been best friends since kindergrdenâ, âgo for a beer every fridayâ, âfriends with benefitsâ, âdated in highschoolâ, âhate each otherâs guts because -insert reason-â  etc. Something meaningful (but not necessarily shippy) and I mean with muns/characters you have not interacted with, because I cannot believe I am the only one who prefers jumping right into the heart of the human interaction
