The cool soothing damp air carrassed every inch of my body, the gentle chilling breeze sending electrical pulses up my neck into my ears and the susuma hirasawa rain sedating me that I want to run up to my bedroom, jump into my bed and cuddle up with the pillows and blanket.

A time when I was obsessed with the dancer’s pose @ Natarajasana. The angst of not being corrected by a guru and being a self-taught yogini. Thank GOD, this love-hate affair has dissolved and “yogabacy” has sprouted.

Present moment:
For now, all that matters is whether I am alligning (the bones or muscles etc) from within and becoming one with breath. Yoga is not confined to that particular hour in the morning anymore. Yoga has become an all the time affair, eg: when I stand, I consciously incorporate Tadasana. The best part of this new discovery are the free gifts thrown in from “yogbacy”; i.e. ✌🏾️and joy. Perfecting-a-pose syndrome was a union with Mr EGO and was a Fatal Attraction.
At this juncture, I thankful that I in Dance 101 with The Omnipresent Cosmic Dancer; Lord Nataraja.
