International Business Times and Middle East Eye both reported that this specific rumor that has become widespread in false.  Both of these are international news organizations.
This isnât the first time that rumors about civilian casualties have turned out to be false. Â Raqqa Is Being Slaughtered Silently, a news organization made of journalists who live inside Raqqa, the city that ISIS has turned into their capital, tweeted about rumors of civilians being killed by French airstrikes.
