I have a very hard time differentiating between delusions, fictive merges, and kins/deeply relating to character or spiritually relating so please be gentle on me. Iโm just going to list every character in the same list.

I have a friend named Henry. He scares me a lot, but Iโm trying to allow him to be my friend because my boyfriend thinks that will help me have less episodes or breakdown.

Iโm aware of when I have had psychotic episodes after the fact but itโs hard for me to believe that my paranoia/delusion/hallucination didnโt actually exist even after the fact. Thereโs always a smidge of โhow do these people know better than me.โ
