so the obvious: the US went through its pluto return (aka when pluto returns to the same spot on one's birth chart). now pluto represents a lot of things, but it's mainly transformation, death/rebirth, power, etc. it's an incredibly intense planet and that's something to be noted here. this basically means, as an astrologer, that the US is going to be destroyed in some way and possibly rebuilt.
the US has always mirrored the roman empire to some extent and the funny thing is that the roman empire died soon after its pluto return. i say "died" but it's more like split, same difference.
the fun part is that transiting neptune (current neptune) is in the third house of the US's birth chart and it's in opposition to natal neptune rn, which indicates a massive amount of propaganda and possibly over-/under-dramaticization of news. the third house is communication, neptune is delusion/dreams/ideals, so the neptune opp neptune is also a clash of ideology. it's even more prominent because it's again, on the 3H-9H axis (9H is philosophy, worldview, belief, etc)
