Welcome to another post from Making With Mattimus, where my creations get shown, here on Tumblr. Today we are taking a look at Build King, a character that first appeared last year!
Build King is a combiner formed of at least three construction vehicles, coming together to form the main robot mode. Build King is not a Transformer by the way. Like VCI, Build King also has three different forms.
Here is the first version of the character, created last summer. The character was created as a challenge I gave to myself, to build a combiner team, that uses small vehicles to do so, since I never attempted that before.
Lime Drill, Yellow Shovel and Red Crane from left to right, each transform in different ways, Red Crane is the arms, Lime Drill is the legs and body and Yellow Shovel is used to connect everyone together.
My hand is in the second picture, because Build King couldn't stand at the time, so I apologise for that.
Version 2 was built at the start of 2023! A huge improvement over the original one in my opinion, and can actually stand up!
Version 3 is the latest one, and doesn't make as many changes compared to Version 2, making the transformation a little easier to deal with, but I still like this one.
Now, with Version 3, I started to introduce new vehicles to add in, with Blue Wrecker and Orange Dozer, allowing for more combinations to be made!
Wrecking Mode and Mining Mode respectfully, each different in appearance! Blue Wrecker transforms in two different ways depending on the Mode.
Build King continues to shine, who knows, more vehicles are coming in the future perhaps, maybe time will tell.
