If you're like me and sit at a computer all day for work, your neck and shoulders get very stiff. The above video popped up as a suggestion when I was watching another of Dr. Moore's video's about getting rid of shoulder tension (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rj6T02IEGrw). I often get bad knots in my shoulders and I must say the tennis ball method works to alleviate them. Now I really want a ball in a panty and if that makes me a pervert so be it.
