Once there was this farmer. Him and his donkey went to fill in an old well when the donkey fell in. The farmer tried to get him out, but couldn’t. So he continued to fill in the well. The donkey didn’t want to die. But he was being buried alive. So everytime the farmer put dirt in the well, the donkey would shake it off and step on top of it. Soon, the well was full and the donkey climbed out. Stress does that to you. It suffocates you. You don’t want to die but you feel like you can’t get out, like you are being buried alive. The farmer can’t get you out, other people can’t fix this for you. But they can slowly help you out of it, one step at a time. But you have to work at it too, and accept help and keep shaking the stress off. Awhile back I had a problem with self harm. Suicide was on my mind a lot too. But I found my purpose to live. And now I look back and feel stupid, because I spent years of my life being so sad I wasn’t able to enjoy myself. I’m so happy with life now. I’ve found love, life, purpose. Reason. Ive found reasons to be alive. I’m so glad I over came this. And you will too. It takes time, but you will soon get out of your well. Okay? I love you. And never give up.
