No no no ! If anything I’m at a healthy weight right now and have been swimming a lot and have just been meal prepping a lot at home due to medical reasons. This is something my close friends in my life know I’ve been dealing with for the past couple of years but it’s not something I post a lot about. I am more private about my personal life and figured updates on my health are not something online people would care about anyways.

But in short, I had some severe health issues that have forced me to extremely change my diet (unable to eat like fried/processed/oily stuff without heavy consequences so I’ve stopped eating out as much), had to cut down alcohol by a huge amount (I was drinking a lot of beer weekly), as well as juggling new medication that still has some funky side effects. In tandem with everything, I *have* lost weight because they’re pretty significant life changes and I imagine because I’m tall it does make the weight change look differently.

But basically I’m trying to take my health more seriously to try not to agitate my problems further since I’m getting older and can’t afford more medical bills :^)
