I often think about how Korra and Kuruk could have been closer since they are both waterbenders and both considered failures as Avatars by the people of their time. Now Korra has the enormous pressure of teaching the next generation in Avatar Seven Heavens alone when she doesn't have all the answers.

This is a direct continuation of that first avatar post since I heard all those comments about people wanting the other avatars, Roku, Kyoshi, Kuruk, and Yangchen, and I heard all their stories. They make me emotional, and I want so badly for them to be happy, especially Kuruk cause he was robbed and I love his story and want to explore it more.

I got a little bit emotional drawing this and trying to pick and choose the Kataang scenes that I like the most from the shows, comics, and movies. Honestly, there is probably already an amazing edit with this song, but I wanted to make it my own since Avatar has always meant so much to me, and seeing them grow up alongside me means the world.
