1: if you had to dye your hair, what colour would you pick?
this is a funny coincidence because i only had my hair dyed recently! it is now a deep auburn color, because redheads have more fun??? is that the saying?? if not let's pretend it is ✨️
i have been speculating about going teal though, but no idea if i could pull it off. also always wanted to dye my hair white because i wanted to channel my inner fenris

i didnt realize this until this question made me think about it, but it's my red knitted beanie. my mom purchased it for me on our last holiday together, and i wear it ALL the time during the colder months. if i ever lost it i don't know what I'd do!
17: drink of choice?
tough one... i don't drink all that much, but when i do, it's mostly a rum and coke. simple, and tastes nice!
24: movie or tv show you want to watch?
TOO MANY!! i wanna watch silo, all of mankind, the expanse... also want to rewatch the first two dune movies! but, there's a lot of horror I've not got around to yet as well, like backrooms. so much to watch. so little time.
oh i have SO many of these. but i think the one that i kinda wanna get back to, but probably won't, is playing the lute!
i used to play d&d an awful lot, and my favourite character was my tiefling bard, sae. she played a lute, and i was obsessed with her for a little bit, so i spent a lot of my time trying to learn how to play using tutorials online. i could play To Zanarkand and Huntress's Lullaby off by heart, but i didnt have the patience to actively learn musical notes and so my interest tapered off 😔 fun while it lasted though!
29: share an adventure you went on?
immediately had every adventure I've ever been on depart from my head...
the worst adventure i ever went on was when i lost all my money in denmark on a work trip. i didn't eat or drink for an entire day and i was too embarrassed by the whole thing to ask for help. wild!

Some time after the war, Dedue and Annette exchanged wedding vows in a modest ceremony and then settled down to a life in Fhirdiad. For them, life after marriage stayed much the same as before. Dedue continued his duty to King Dimitri, and Annette took up a teaching position at Fhirdiad's school of sorcery. Though each gave the other space for the work that was important to them, they made sure to spend much of their free time together, and to bond over the cooking and housework.
Cyril/Lysithea
Lysithea returned home to help her parents restore their family land. Years later, when their work was at an end, she journeyed to Garreg Mach to inform the church of her decision to relinquish House Ordelia's claim to nobility. There she encountered Cyril, who had since graduated from the Officers Academy and joined the Knights of Seiros. During their reunion, Cyril confessed his love to Lysithea and asked her to marry him. She declined, at first, due to her shortened lifespan, but in the face of Cyril's insistence, she chose to spend what days she had remaining together with him. Where they went is unknown, but it is said that, for however long it lasted, they were happy.
Which paired ending is better?

Dedue and Annette
C
Annette: Agh! No! Oh no - oh no - oh no! Please tell me that wasn't the pan…
Dedue: What was that noise?
Annette: Dedue! Well, as you can see…the pan kind of… exploded. Just a little.
Dedue: How did you manage that?
Annette: I looked away for a moment and the pan just went BOOM! Ugh, I'm grateful nothing caught fire, but now the kitchen is a mess.
Dedue: Are you hurt?
Annette: Oh, no. I just got a little spooked. Heh, I really lucked out, didn't I? That could have turned out much worse.
Dedue: Indeed. But do not turn your back next time. Your life could depend on it.
Annette: Right. Sorry. I'll be more careful from now on.
Dedue: Let me help you.
Annette: Huh?
Dedue: I will help you clean up.
Annette: No! I can't let you do that! This is all my fault. You shouldn't have to help me.
Dedue: I have time. Let's fix this quickly. We will need to prepare more food before the others arrive at the dining hall.
Annette: Oh, you're right. So, after we clean up, you're also gonna… help me cook?
Dedue: You object?
Annette: Of course not! I'm just so sorry to bother you with this.
B
Annette: Hi, Dedue! I wanted to thank you again for helping me out the other day. Everything was ready in time for dinner, and we all agreed the food was really tasty!
Dedue: I barely did anything.
Annette: That's silly talk! With just a few ingredients, you made an amazing meal! I could never have done it, no way. You deserve all the praise in the world!
Dedue: I still have much to learn. Truly delicious food brings a smile to people's faces. Until I see His Highness smile that way, I will spare no effort to improve.
Annette: Well, if that's your aim, you're in luck! I've seen him shovel in your food with gusto. You must be really ambitious if you're not satisfied with that meal. I'd love for you to teach me your ways. I want to be a great cook, too!
Dedue: Your skills are not the problem. You merely make errors of negligence.
Annette: Well, sure… I know that. But how can I stop making those errors? No matter how hard I try, I always seem to mess things up. The pan explodes when I cook. I forget my purse when I go shopping. That's just how life is for a scatterbrain like me. Just the other day I was nearly laughed off the training ground for wearing mismatched shoes! My uncle used to sigh in despair when he saw me messing something up.
Dedue: You simply fail to pay attention to your surroundings. Ensure the pan is on the flame, and that the knives are put away properly. Look at yourself in the mirror before you go out to make certain you have what you need. Everyone makes mistakes, but yours should be easy enough to correct.
Annette: That's all great advice. Thank you, Dedue! You really have a kind heart. At first I thought you were so stern all the time.
Dedue: Am I that imposing?
Annette: Uh. Well. A bit? Maybe if you smiled sometimes. All you have to do is lift up the corners of your mouth, like this. See?
Dedue: I see. I - will try it.
B+
Dedue: Forgive me.
Annette: Hehe, it's fine! Honestly, it's pretty funny when you think about it.
Dedue: I did not expect the horse to react so violently when I approached.
Annette: No kidding! And I didn't expect the two of us to get covered in hay!
Dedue: Animals have never taken to me. It must be as you said - my face is the problem. I have not honed my smile well enough. I deeply regret the trouble I've caused you.
Annette: Don't be ridiculous! And especially don't be sad. It's no trouble at all, I promise. Everyone makes mistakes. Isn't that what you've been trying to teach me?
Dedue: Yes, I suppose so.
Annette: It does look like this will take a while to clean up. But if we work together, it'll be done in no time!
Dedue: I am truly sorry.
Annette: Don't apologize. When it's your turn for stable duty, I'm happy to help.
Dedue: Really?
Annette: Sure! And in return, you can help me out when I'm on kitchen duty.
Dedue: Of course.
Annette: By the way, I tried out all that stuff you mentioned before. About how not to be a scatterbrain. I'm still pretty hopeless, but thanks to you, I'm making fewer mistakes. It's probably not a good idea for me to be left alone around knives and boiling water though. That's why it'll be nice knowing you have my back!
Dedue: You have changed.
Annette: Huh?
Dedue: You no longer fear asking me for help. You simply ask. And now, when the need arises, I will rely on you too.
A
Annette: Agh! I'm sorry! So sorry!
Dedue: What is it, Annette?
Annette: I completely forgot that it's my turn for kitchen duty today! Huh? Dedue… did you do all the kitchen prep already?
Dedue: Kitchen duty is mine today.
Annette: What? But… did I get the day wrong?
Dedue: Yes. Yours is tomorrow.
Annette: Oh! Haha, I'm so sorry! Wow, I really am something else…
Dedue: These things happen.
Annette: Hahaha!
Dedue: Is something funny?
Annette: Oh, no. I was just happy. You see… my uncle is really strict. He wanted me to be perfect at cooking, studying, cooking, washing…everything, really. He said if I wasn't perfect, as a knight's daughter, I'd be devaluing my Crest. Whenever I messed up he'd look so mad… and he'd sigh, like he'd just lost his faith in humanity.
Dedue: That is harsh.
Annette: Oh, I know he loved me and all… he was just kind of scary. But you've helped me out and been patient with me without getting mad. I'm just so happy! Thank you, Dedue.
Dedue: I have hardly done anything.
Annette: You know what? You remind me of my father. You look scary at first glance, but you're actually really kind!
Dedue: Is that so…
Annette: Oh, right! Let me help you with something, if that's okay with you! What are you cooking today? Hopefully, I can chip in…
Dedue: It is a meat dish from Faerghus.
Annette: Uh… I'm still a complete klutz, so I'm not going to be in the way, am I?
Dedue: Not at all. I was hoping that the food I made would bring a smile to your face.
Annette: Oh, wow. That's…
Dedue: …
Annette: Haha, well then! I can't wait for dinnertime!
Dedue: Good.

Cyril and Lysithea
C
Cyril: Hmm, this one oughta do.
Lysithea: Uh, what are you doing, Cyril?
Cyril: I'm picking out logs to carry back and chop into firewood.
Lysithea: You can't expect to carry all these by yourself. Let me help.
Cyril: Nah, I got it. I don't want ya getting hurt. Logs are heavy sometimes.
Lysithea: I'm well aware. You should accept the help being offered. I'm older and wiser - I know best.
Cyril: Um, Lysithea, ya seem a but shaky. You okay?
Lysithea: Yep, totally fine. I'm just kinda losing my grip on this log. Agh! Well, that wasn't much help, as it turned out. I didn't realize they'd be that heavy. Couldn't even walk in a straight line…
Cyril: I told ya, logs are heavy sometimes. It's hard work if you're not used to it.
Lysithea: I feel foolish.
Cyril: Well, if you've learned your lesson, I'm gonna go carry the older logs.
Lysithea: Hang on - shouldn't you rest for a bit?
Cyril: Wood still needs chopping. I got a buncha other stuff needs doing before sundown, too.
Lysithea: In that case, let me help you carry the chopped wood!
Cyril: You know how rough firewood is? You'll get splinters if ya carry it with your soft hands.
Lysithea: You can't be serious!
Cyril: You're just not cut out for this kinda work. Look at your hands, they're like a princess's. No point in you learning to chop wood, is there? You don't need to know how to do that stuff. You and me live in different worlds. There's no point lowering yourself down into mine.
Lysithea: Our worlds aren't so different. We're together right now, aren't we?
Cyril: Sure, we live in the same places now, but that's not gonna last forever. Don't see how it could, unless I actually turned into your little brother or something.
B
Lysithea: Hey, Cyril! Cyril? Hmm. What is he staring at? I see… hey, what are you looking at there? Anything interesting? Let me have a look. "3 apples, 2 bags of ointment, 1 piece of graphite." Intriguing… some sort of code, perhaps?
Cyril: Nah, I was just asked to go out and buy the stuff on this list.
Lysithea: Oh, that's all? Sorry for interrupting, in that case. This is kind of a one-person job, so I won't bother you by offering aid.
Cyril: You actually helped a lot just now, reading that list for me like you did. I'd appreciate it if you wouldn't tell anybody, 'cause I've been trying to keep it a secret, but… I don't know how to read, so I wasn't sure what to do with the list.
Lysithea: Is that so? But why do you keep it a secret?
Cyril: I'd hate it if people figured I wasn't up to a job just 'cause I couldn't read.
Lysithea: You're always welcome to call on me for help. I'd be happy to.
Cyril: Thanks, I will.
Lysithea: I really mean that. Anything you need.
Cyril: Okay.
Lysithea: Good! Now, you'd better go get those supplies before it gets dark. Do you remember everything on the list? Need me to read it one more time for you?
Cyril: That would be pretty helpful, actually.
Lysithea: Alright, listen up! I'm not gonna do this a third time!
[...]
Cyril: Lysithea's not a good liar, is she? She knew I was in trouble right away. Hang on. Did she just wanna act like a big sister again? But she looked real happy when she was helping me. And I think I'd like to see that smile again sometime.
A
Cyril: Hey, Lysithea. I'm glad I found ya.
Lysithea: What's up, Cyril?
Cyril: Could you read something for me again?
Lysithea: Looks like it's another shopping list. I'm happy to help you out. Did you try looking it over yourself yet?
Cyril: What's the use? I told ya I can't read.
Lysithea: Have a look here - any of these letters look familiar?
Cyril: Huh? This one? Was that… apples? So it says… three… apples?
Lysithea: Yes, you got it! See? You can do it!
Cyril: I wonder if there's anything else I can recognize! Let's see…
Lysithea: It's clear you've got a sharp memory. If you apply yourself, you'll be reading in no time. Reading is such an important skill. Once you learn, you won't forget! And I won't be around to read things for you forever.
Cyril: Lysithea?
Lysithea: Anyway, don't you enjoy learning? It seems like you haven't even thought of trying prior to this. Do you simply not have time for it?
Cyril: Until now, I never thought about how to learn, and since I was hiding it, I never asked anybody. But right now, I feel like I'd be happy to live like this for a little bit longer.
Lysithea: It seems like a hassle at this point not to learn, so you may as well start putting in the work!
Cyril: Well, I like having you read things to me.
Lysithea: You do?
Cyril: Yeah, you always seem happy when I ask you to read things, and when you're happy, you smile. I think you're pretty when you smile. I betcha everyone tells you that, though, huh?
Lysithea: As a matter of fact, they haven't! Stop messing with me!
Cyril: Hang on a second. Am I the only one who's seen you make that face? Is that why nobody's told you?
Lysithea: Excuse you! I mean, honestly!
Cyril: Okay, well, I'm gonna go take care of this errand for the professor. I'll see you later, Lysithea.
Lysithea: Don't expect me to read for you again! And, uh… just take care of yourself, will you?
A+
Cyril: I did it! I did it! Okay, so next up is…
[...]
Lysithea: What's this letter all about… doesn't appear to have a sender written anywhere… this handwriting is so sloppy. Wow. "Dear Lysithea, I read the book you gave me." This must be from Cyril! He's learning so quickly! "It was hard. And it got more easy more I tried it. And it was fun. And I learned new stuff." That's the spirit! "Thanks you for helping me to read and to write." You are so welcome. "Some things are hard to say and easy to write." I know just what you mean. "I want to read more and learn writing better." You're already doing so well with this. I can see how hard you're working! "I am glad you are my friend. It makes me bappy."
[...]
Cyril: Hey, Lysithea! Last night I finished reading the book you lent me. I wanted to tell you right away, but it was late, so I tried to write a letter… um, Lysithea?
Lysithea: Cyril! You sweet, little -
Cyril: Did I do something wrong? I don't know what you're trying to say.
Lysithea: Some feelings can't be verbalized or put into writing. Just… look, it's just that… I…
Cyril: I'm sorry. I really don't know what you're trying to say.
Lysithea: What I'm trying to say is, "I'm bappy too."
Cyril: B… bappy?
Lysithea: Let's keep studying and spending time together, okay?
Cyril: Oh! I get ya now. That sounds great, Lysithea.
