Uhm… so I’ve been gone for a bit. I didn’t mean to take this long of a break, but lots of things have been happening ｡ﾟ(ﾟ´ω`ﾟ)ﾟ｡

Sooo update!!

I’ve been incredibly busy with school things and personal things. I also got into a wreck and have been struggling with some bad art block haha. BUT will get back to drawing soon, especially my comic. I’m really only posting to say sorry for being gone so long and to explain why I disappeared lol! I promise I won’t stop posting (*´꒳`*) Anyways, thanks for sticking around, if you have! I’ll be back when I’m feeling better :3

There will be more! I’ve been trying to work on his comic for weeks now but I either run out of time or get major art block (´°̥̥̥̥̥̥̥̥ω°̥̥̥̥̥̥̥̥｀)

I’m probably going to separate the next part into two different parts to give myself less of an overwhelming task. I do have some page thumbnails to share though! I might also doodle some Astro art between writing the comic.

Is Astro someone who swears, or nothing at all?

Does he spends much time in his room?

If you have to describe him with one word, what would it be?

Is he happy that he don't have to go to school anymore? Would the other members try to give him sometime school lessons? XD

If he could choose a adventure like in episode 5, how would it look like?

EEK THANK YOU! I always worry about characterization and getting characters wrong TvT I’m hoping, after this next comic, I’ll get to do a lot more development and Astro focus ^^ I’ve been trying to get the circus staples out the way and introduce everyone to Astro before the ball really gets rolling! Thank you for your patience ofc. And yay more questions!

Astro is very shy when it comes to cursing. He does curse sometimes, but it’s often quiet or under his breath considering his parents don’t allow cursing haha

Astro definitely likes the circus better than school. He’d probably pick it over school any day. Though I’m afraid what would happen if the others tried to teach Astro. Jax probably wouldn’t be the greatest mentor.

Here what I think what his parents is like.

His father is physically abusive to Astro. I don’t really have much to say about him. He’s a terrible person. The mother is verbally abusive. Berating him, gaslighting him, yelling at him, guilt tripping him, just not the best. Basically, Ragatha’s mother but worse. The parents are incompatible with each other, but are married because of Astro and well… they took it out on him. 

So yeah… just an all around sad and dark situation. To me, Astro seems like a kid who act like a cool dude but behave awkwardly around the other. He’s trying to be bigger than he thinks is… what his parents made him think. Perhaps the Circus gang is more a family to Astro than his actually family. Who know. We’ll have to wait for the next chapter.

yesss! I’m so excited to get this next part up! I have the first 9 pages sketched, but I still have a LOT to go. Trying to get it done in my free time. Anyways! Here’s the answers to your questions!

Definitely! Astro’s still struggling to understand that the circus is his new life now, so the NPCs feel much more like real people to him than characters made by Caine. It might sometimes depend on the situation (like if Gummy-goo were a villain), but he’d generally get along with him

From where he is in the comic now, he’s just kinda freaked out by him and his look. But, as things go on, he’ll start to get used to him. In the future, they’ll be able to get along for sure ^^

He hasn’t learned about them yet in the comics, but I’m hoping to cover them soon! It’s just a little hard to get it all in when I have so many ideas all at once. But he’ll be introduced to them by another character (likely in a slip of the tongue sort of way). Maybe he’ll even start feeling the effects himself 👀

Yes. Both of his parents were harmful in their own ways (which will be explored more when I can fit them in). This newest part of the comic will give another hint to a major player in his life which will help me in putting the pieces together for you all!

Astro is still having a bit of trouble adjusting to his new reality. As such, he’s still fairly unaware of what’s happened to his memories. Though he knows he’s stuck, it hasn’t exactly hit him yet. For now, he’s too busy enjoying the feeling of being in a game that’s so realistic it’s almost like he’s actually there (ﾟωﾟ)

Oh gosh, I really don’t know. It really depends how many votes the cast get to give each, but I do have an idea of who would vote for Astro!

Top of my list would probably be Kinger or Zooble (honorable mention to Bubble). Kinger since, in my mind, I think he’d pick up the dad role easily with Astro and Astro is very quick to defend Kinger when he’s being made fun of/ignored. Zooble is similar to Kinger but in a more older sibling or mentor type of way. Astro really admires Zooble, so he’d definitely love to get a vote from them ^^

No problem at all! The script is still in progress so, unfortunately, I haven’t started drawing yet. I have attempted a few different layouts so far for what I have written, but I will likely need more time to finish this part of the comic.

The process is a lot more time consuming than it might seem, so apologizes for the wait! Also, due to my schedule, I haven’t been able to tackle much of what I need to do yet. But! I promise there will be more soon ( ^ω^ ) And since you’re Astro’s biggest fan, I’ll give you a little snippet from the script ^^
