You are always presented with 2 choices: To live in Oneness (a love-based reality) or to live in Separateness (a fear-based reality). With each step that we take towards living mindfully in ‘the Now’, the struggles that we encounter in life will begin to lessen. Staying in our natural, intuitive sense of ‘I Am’ (prior to I Am this or that) will create the sacred space for more inner stillness, joy, silence and contentment.
