This fella is named Mr. D., he's an entity that has the appearance of Donald. He heads over to different timelines where Donald failed to survive, making Mr. D take Donald's place. The art you're looking at is his original appearance, he can stretch his neck, his arms are bigger, and as you can tell, his face is obscured. Mr. D eats the Donalds that are basically dead and takes over their appearance and memories, making him a replica of those Donalds who have perished. Once he's done fulfilling that Donald’s role, he leaves, leaving the other family, and allies to be left in sorrow as their Donald has been dead for the entire time without them knowing. Mr. D doesn't know how to feel empathy towards others, all he does is find a dead Donald and take over their place. Mr. D sometimes wonders what it would be like to have a family of his own, but he killed them all by accident when he became Mr. D. And how he became Mr. D? It was an artifact that affected Donald unfortunately.
