That’s absolutely fucking wrong. Cases have been won based on the intent of the image, they do not quantify child porn based on the amount of clothes the child wears, that would be absolutely asinine.

Based on your definition, a child an image could be committing a sex act, but you would not consider it child porn because they are not fully nude. That’s some Onision level logic there bucko.

For example, under United States law, if a child predator asks for a photo from a child, and the predators intent is sexual, it becomes 100% child pornography. So you can take you’re comment I assume is based on absolutely nothing, chuck it directly in the garbage where it belongs, and go out and educated yourself.

He had/has the image on his computer, if someone found that on his computer and called the police do you think he’d be able to talk he way out of that? It’s fucking creepy for someone to have images of children/young adults that they have no relationship to on their computer, never mind an image of a thirteen year old girl in a sports bra and leggings.

If you think that it’s okay for a man in his thirties to have images of underage girls/young adults on a forum to use for his videos - which he profits off -  seriously you need to reevaluate yourselves. 

Also she’s 13. 13 years fucking old. He saw this comment too I don’t know if any of these people who defend him know, but he did read and commented on these images saying,”if you have an issue email me.” Guess what, that image of a 13 year old in her sports bra and leggings was still up after he saw that comment, don’t know if it’s still up, probably, but he saw she was 13 and kept it in.

Also fun fact kiddos! If a 16 year old sends nudie pics to another 16 year old, technically that’s considered possession and soliciting CP and they can be charged. I’m not sure if that image is considered CP, but I do know if a teacher was caught with that image on his phone his ass would be probably fired and charged. My theory is that this ties back to B, since B is at least a size smaller than Lainey in shoes.
