That’s absolutely fucking wrong. Cases have been won based on the intent of the image, they do not quantify child porn based on the amount of clothes the child wears, that would be absolutely asinine.

Based on your definition, a child an image could be committing a sex act, but you would not consider it child porn because they are not fully nude. That’s some Onision level logic there bucko.

For example, under United States law, if a child predator asks for a photo from a child, and the predators intent is sexual, it becomes 100% child pornography. So you can take you’re comment I assume is based on absolutely nothing, chuck it directly in the garbage where it belongs, and go out and educated yourself.

No one at a swimming pool goes their expecting to be photographed by some fucking weirdo.

CP in the UK is graded depending on what is shown in the photo, I don’t know if this is the same in the US. 

He has a photo of a thirteen year old girl in her sports bra and leggings on his computer, he would have had to have saved the image to his computer to put it in the video in the first place. 

He had/has the image on his computer, if someone found that on his computer and called the police do you think he’d be able to talk he way out of that? It’s fucking creepy for someone to have images of children/young adults that they have no relationship to on their computer, never mind an image of a thirteen year old girl in a sports bra and leggings.

If you think that it’s okay for a man in his thirties to have images of underage girls/young adults on a forum to use for his videos - which he profits off -  seriously you need to reevaluate yourselves.

You think the entire Anti O community is transphobic? How is it transphobic to question the legitimacy of a big internet personality’s dysphoria when they constantly post nude selfies and flash their subscribers and don’t want to appear male? Then again @bad-kids-dont-matter also holds the extremely transphobic belief that you don’t need dysphoria to be trans (aka that being trans is a choice), so i can’t take this kid too seriously…
