Timothy liked to think his self as a neat hoarder of sorts, of to anyone else it looked a mess but everything had its place, and he could easily point out where an item was, yet he doubted Jason would really care to test him on that theory as the male made his way through his âjunkâ while him his self took a seat at his desk, turning his computer on, sure he wouldnât do what he had been planning on doing, heâll just pull up some boring work, maybe the stuff his dad wanted him to read through.
He could see the mess bothered the male, he looked like the type to have an nice neat apartment, though in this job you had to be neat right?..Turn p messy, youâll get sent away. âWasnât stressingâHe was but not about the mess, heâd prefer if the individual wasnât in his room, where his research and other private things were. âWell Iâm not hoarding food, or anything that would produce a smellâThat and he was clean, not neat.
He knew no one could get in here, nor could people get out, his parents made sure of that when he was younger, this hadnât been his first room, his first one made it easy for him to escape into the night, away from his life, until one day he got caught and was forced home by some cops, then his parents put on their âcaringâ face before the doors closed and the police left, leaving him in more danger than he was out there.
He nodded, turning his attention to his computer screen after adjusting his legs under the desk, sighing as he leaned the crutches up against the wall, sighing before his full focus went onto his scream, fingers typing away, only stopping to look at the pager, âOkay..âHe doubted heâd use it, if he had another chance to be shot, heâd probably allow it to happen..No one would miss him.
He really didn't like how closed off the teen was. He'd seen depressed teens before.
He'd been one before. He knew what was going through the kids mind but he couldn't
help him. He was hired by his parents which meant that any of his caring comments
would be writen off as just another thing the boy's parents had paid him to do. He'd
have to get close to the kid to every try to help him. If he got to stay there that long.
"I'll check in, in an hour." He moved to the door, not really wanting to shut it as he left
but doing so to give the teen back his privacy. Jason leaned against the wall by the
door and took a deep breath. He wanted to know what was really happening around
here. Why were the Drake's keeping their only child a prisoner in his own home? What
had happened to him in his youth to turn him into a kid who couldn't see into his own
future? He shouldn't be acting like he's got the weight of the world on his shoulder.
He should be planning his future. Having his own life. But Jason had been here for
an hour or so now and not once had any friend called the teen. He hadn't even seen
reach for his phone. It was strange and concerning.
He pulled out his own phone, texting a number he vary rarely used anymore. He typed
up the request before moving down the hall. Opening doors and checking everything
out. He needed to know the layout from more than just blueprints. He needed to have
eyes and ears everywhere. So he started to set up. Cameras pointing out of every
window. Cameras in every corner of the public areas of the house. His eyes would be
everywhere. When he was done setting them up he moved to the guest room he'd
been given and started to assemble his computer. Once the moniters were up he
turned them on and was glad he didn't see anything out of the ordinary. Â
When his computer chimed, Jason turned to see a message from his contact. The red
headed woman had dug into the Drake's lives and Jason's eyes darted to the door. He
should go back to check on Tim but he needed to know what there was to know first.
He sat down to read and felt himself getting more and more annoyed as he read. It
seemed the Drake's didn't care so much for the boy as their son, as they did as their
only heir. It made him sick. He messaged his contact back to keep digging. Hoping she
would find something he could use to get Tim out of the care of the Drake's. It would
be saver than where he was now. Locked in his own home.
He moved back to the teen's room and knocked on the door once before opening it.
"I'm going to order food. Have you eaten?"
