The Mistreatment.

both D-16 and Megatronus experienced mistreatment of various kinds from being treated like lesser beings to complete freaks of nature. from their appearances to their identity as a whole although yes there is a huge difference from a miner who digs for energon to a literal prime created by primus himself these 2 are still very much the same.

From the beginning D-16 was treated like a person who is seen as a mere insect or servant then a real individual. constantly belittled by higher ups and forced to work endlessly just to prove himself that he's a person who should be respected... just like megatronus.

Megatronus worked endlessly to prove THAT HE IS ALSO A PRIME tried for years to show that even though he is different he is still a prime. but the others did not see it that way.. belittling him and lashing out at him for his appearance and for just being him. if he so much as tried to speak up and speak an opinion he was shut off and cut out. (luckly solus prime and alchemist prime were there to support him like how orion is for D-16)

D-16 tried to go by the book as much as he could just so he could rank up and get a better life. to be able to live with the higher ups and to be able to thrive instead of mining for endless hours. Megatronus also tried to do this like i said trying to prove and go by the book like the other primes. of course it doesn't end that way...

The Lies Begin.

We all know D-16 idolized sentinel prime more then anything (along with megatronus) how he believed that sentinel was going to find the matrix and save cybertron's energon supply.. but those were LIES of course D-16 does not know this until they find alpha trion but this is similar to how liege maximo lied to megatronus..

In idw megatronus and liege maximo make a farm to experiment and study (i forgot what tbh...) but megatronus was unaware that doing this the primes would find out and put the blame on HIM instead of liege maximo.. of this this was liege maximos plan to ruin megatronus's reputation and humiliate him (correct me if im wrong).

Once both D-16 and megatronus were told the truth they were FURIOUS. megatronus was enraged that he was lied to over and over again just like D-16 was. they both wanted revenge they BOTH wanted to correct this at any means possible.

Killing the people who cared for them the most.

In a fit of rage both D-16 and megatronus go on a fighting spree clashing with anyone who gets in their way. both blinded by rage megatronus tried to kill liege and D-16 killed sentinel prime. but at a cost..

they both not only shot the person they cared and loved the most they shot them the exact same way. both with arm canons and both in the heart.. the only reason they both got shot is because they wanted to stop D-16 and megatronus from fighting and causing havoc.

D-16 caught orion's near lifeless body and as you can see was filled with grief but later drops him out of hatred, although similar megatronus held solus's nearly lifeless body and was in grief from what he had done.

Exile

Of course both D-16 and Megatronus were exiled from cybertron for their violent acts and the killing of a prime (sentinel you aren't a prime suck it up.)

both D-16 and megatronus were exiled by their fellow primes for their actions. megatronus was said to never been seen again while D-16 caused a war that would ruin the lives of the entire cybertronian race..

Ok thats the end of this post! i just noticed it while i was watching edits of D-16 and i got a war flashback of megatronus.. OK THATS ALL!
