Those 18 states are: Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, Nevada, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas and Utah.
If you live in one of these palces please go as many extra miles to stay safe as u can as new cases are growing significantly
If you live in any of these States, I advise using Johns Hopkins University of Medicineâs Coronavirus Resource Center to keep an eye on Critical Trends in your state (spiking infection rate, spiking death count) with the country and state map.

HAPPY PRIDE MONTH
black lives matter and pride are intrinsically linked. the black trans community have done so much for us, we owe it to them to not forget their movement this month. without black lives, there would be no pride. black lives matter, today and always
this pride month, please please please do not let the black lives matter movement go ignored. the lgbtq movement owes so much to black members of our community. we are not free until all of us are.
what is happening now is change in action. if you care about activism, and you should, you know that blm deserves to be seen, their voices to be heard.
pride matters, and we should still celebrate, still fight, still demand our place in the world. but black and indigenous people need our support right now. cops are not our friends. oppression is never okay. privilege is never comfortable. if you are white or non-black, refuse to let support for blm die down.
this pride, letâs fight for each other. demand spaces for lgbtq people of colour. let their voices be heard. listen.
you can help.

If there's one thing I hate is when the police will post videos of them hugging black people. Like that's going to stop police brutality.

What just happened on CNN? Im at work and so wasnât somewhere I could watch
Sure Iâll sum up.
So there was a very good peaceful protest by.... Lafayette Park? Right outside the White House. They were chanting, they had multiple reporters in the crowd, it was fucking CHILL, people were waiting for Trump to do a speech in the Rose Garden.
Then, out of nowhere, truly NOWHERE, the cops closed in from three directions and threw gas into the crowd. They used rubber bullets on the crowd IMMEDIATELY. One dude told the reporter âThey donât care about new, move.â They drove out the totally fucking peaceful, pre-curfew protestors.
They moved them all out, and Trump started speaking, and you could hear the fucking gas going off over his speech. CNN fucking did a splitscreen to show the peopple being shoved back as the motherfucker stood up there and said he would protect our rights and would mobilize the military against people.
Then back to the reporters, and everyone was forced further and further away. One woman on a bike told the reporter âThey are getting the water cannons ready, you wanna move.â
TURNS OUT.
ALL OF THIS.
WAS BECAUSE TRUMP WANTED A PHOTO OP AT THE CHURCH ACROSS THE STREET. HE WANTED THEM OUT OF THE WAY SO HE COULD STAND WITH A BIBLE IN FRONT OF A CHURCH.
Even CNN is calling him a dictator, at 7PM.
Then the Illinois governor came out and called him a racist, xenophobic, misogynistic failure.
Oh my fucking god

He also did this without any approval from the church he used as a backdrop. Religion reporter Jack Jenkins, has a great thread of clergy, including CLERGY FROM THAT CHURCH, being tear gassed and brutalized by the cops.
Thread can be found here
Hey, by the way, that church belongs to my branch of Christianity and our Presiding Bishop (aka our version of the pope) is PISSED. PB Michael Curry grew up during the first Civil Rights Movement and is the first Black Presiding Bishop to lead the Episcopal Church. He speaks openly about the need for racial justice but rarely delves into the world of politics or politicians because he firmly believes in the separation of church and state (trying to merge those two is how we got Trump). Here is his statement from last night, it is the first time I have ever seen him denounce a specific politician-
[Photo Description: six tweets taken from the official twitter of Presiding Bishop Michael Curry, @ PB_Curry.
First tweet: This evening, the President of the United States stood in front of St. Johnâs Episcopal Church, lifted up a Bible, and had pictures of himself taken. In so doing, he used a church building and the Holy Bible for partisan political purposes.
Second tweet: This was done in a time of deep hurt and pain in our country, and his action did nothing to help us or to heal us.
Third tweet: The Bible reaches us that âGod is love.â Jesus of Nazareth taught, âYou shall love your neighbor as yourself.â The prophet Micah taught that the Lord required us to, âdo justice, love mercy, and walk humbly with our God.â
Fourth tweet: The bible the President held up and the church he stood in front of represent the values of love, of justice, of compassion, and of a way to heal our hurts.
Fifth tweet: We need our President, and all who hold office, to be moral leaders, who help us to be a people and a nation living these values.
Sixth tweet: For the sake of George Floyd, for all who have wrongly suffered, and for the sake of us all, we need leaders to help us to be âone nation, under God, with liberty and justice for all.â
