Bill hopped out of his chair and swung the door open with a smile.”Hello there! What brings a girl like you here?”

= ↕ =  She jumped a bit in surprise at how fast the door had opened, not to mention it made a huge bang. She hoped it didn't wake up the others... "Well.... I had woken up and decided to do some wandering around." she explained, sounding a bit quiet. It wasn't really a lie; it was more, she just wasn't telling him everything. It would make her sound insane, anyway. "Do you, um, live here?"

Bill sat up in his chair when he heard quiet taps from outside from the hall outside his room"Yeesh! Doesn't anyone know how to knock these days?"

= ↕ = "Eh?" she jumped a bit when she heard someone from beyond a door, and it clearly wasn't anyone she knew. Was there another person living in this mansion then? If so, why didn't they mention it? She took a deep breath and knocked slightly on the door where the voice had come from. "Hello? I'm sorry to bother you..."
