There’s two women arguing about who is the real mother and king Solomon proposes to cut the baby in two so both women can have the baby. The real mother don’t accept this while the other woman agrees. This is basically what happened in the show. Zelda preferred to let Leticia live than fought with Gryla and cause any harm to the baby.

I think that’s the kind of women that people are interested in. They’re interested in strong women characters who are stronger than the male characters sometimes, in some ways. That’s what’s interesting and attractive about women.
