Very well, little dreamer.
Once upon a time, in a land far away, lived a king and queen, who both had a daughter that they both loved and adored.
For years the kingdom was at peace, thriving, for it had no enemies..., Until one day, an evil dragon invaded the kingdom, terrorizing the townsfolk before flying away with the princess, leaving both the king and queen devastated.
Heartbroken, the king sent out a letter to all the knights of the land in the hopes that one of them could bring back his daughter but alas, all attempts have ended in failure, for none of their blades were sharp enough to pierce through the beast's scales.
For months the kingdom wept, convinced that their princess was lost forever to her malicious captor but just as the king and queen began to loose hope, a tall dark-haired prince, clad in a dazzling ballgown rode to the tower were the princess was kept, determined to save the fair-maiden from the scaly-beast's clutches and end it's reign of terror once and for all.
Upon reaching the tower that held the princess captive, the prince pulled out his sword and, with a determined expression on his face, demanded the dragon to show itself and face him in a fair fight instead of attacking from a distance.
His words irritated the dragon greatly, for it did not take kindly to being ridiculed like this so it was with a roar that it flew down from the tower, spewing fire in the direction of the prince that dared to challenge it until it was certain that it's opponent had been defeated.
To the dragon's dismay however, the prince had used his shield to protect himself from the fire and thanks to the beast dropping it's guard for a moment, the dark-haired royal drove his sword into the dragon's heart, thus ending it's reign of terror once and for all.
After slaying the dragon, the prince ran inside the tower, climbed several flights of stairs before reaching the room where the princess was held captive for so long and after freeing her from her lonely prison, the two of them rode off on the prince's horse back to the kingdom, where they both live happily ever after for long, beautiful years.
The End.
