I'm working on a new project to play with textures. I decided to create my own cenobite because... Well, I love cenobites!
And this project is happening during a very special part in my life. I'm currently finishing my thesis and it's not an easy time. So I created a cenobite to represent what I am feeling.
First, in thesis, you learn to love the pain and it's a very transforming process. You're forced to smile and tell that everything is okay when it's not.
Second, sadly there is a difference between what you are taught and what you really do. If you're in here, you know what "p-hacking" or "harking" is. Hence the blinfold.
And third, all of that to end up with a diploma and a grad cap.
That's the symbols I wanted to include in the project.
I won't lie, I struggle like hell to sculpt the forced smile and the stretched skin... I went through bad tries like that:
But I think that I am getting somewhere.
