So it took me a little to get round to starting but here’s a little free verse:

I want a woman with a girl still inside her

and a girl that acts every part the lady

and this may sound a little crazy

i’ll be able to take her breath away

like she takes away mine.

I want a woman of wits with which to trade inspiration

and smiles, laughter and space and patience

and this may sound a little crazy

but maybe just maybe

this queen will notice me on her board.

because shes the only notice on mine.

I want a woman i can write with,

read late into the night with,

and fuck senseless like an empress when we reach the end of our chapters.

i’ll catch a glimpse of the longing,

in her eyes,

thats mirrored in mine.

I want a woman I can transition and grow with,

Relax, laugh and just make love slow with,
