Idk if anyone else here follows a Skystar fic called “Signal Found, Coordinates Imput” by OtomeGirl4Ever, but in case ya were planning on it the author does use AI in their writing. I wouldn’t’ve normally posted this but they decided to delete my comment about it, block me, and remove the prompt from the fic so here I am. I ain’t tryna get anyone to harass em, just keep this in mind if ya plan on reading their fics. I know I don’t like readin AI, so I just wanna keep others from readin if they don’t wanna see it.
Here you can see the clear AI message, the fic, the chapter, and the account. They have since edited out the message, but it was up for about twenty minutes after posting. Really sad to see from a fic that seemed to be really cool and interesting, wish the author hadn’t felt they had to turn to AI to enhance their writing. I don’t know if they use AI to write/enhance their other works, but I wouldn’t be shocked.
Hello I am adding to this post since it has been made clear to me this author is still updating fics that, in some way, use AI. I have not seen another message as the one above, but the writing again is off in a way only AI can be. I still request no one go after the author or anyone that may work with them. If you would like to send the post in other’s inboxes please do so with respect, and with the intention to inform.
I hoped the author would’ve stopped using AI as their ideas seem to be genuinely interesting but it’s just not the case. If they have in fact stopped, and can prove this to those who read their content, I would be beyond happy to take down my posts but I imagine they will not do so. Please stay wary of what you are reading; do not support AI.
