This is like those parents who invalidate there kids issues or excuse they abuse saying “oh well my parents were worse.” Or “back in my day we didn’t have…” like damn that sucks for you but don’t use the pain of yesterday to blow off today’s pain.

Omar Mateen was on an FBI watchlist. He still had legal access to guns because of these Senators.This is why voting for your congressperson is more important than voting for your president. I hear so many people saying if Bernie doesn’t get the nomination, they aren’t even going to vote. Without a majority of congresspeople who are willing to stand up for what’s right, it won’t matter who takes office or what kind of policy changes they want to make. Our current Representatives aren’t going to help us stop this. We have to help ourselves. Vote. No matter what.
