Okay I got the correct model of espresso machine that I wanted and yet again I’m trying to make some and it’s no pressure every god damn time lol, I’m adjusting the grind size each shot and still BITTER AND HORRIBLE

Contacted breville support and they had to video call me so I could prove to them that they sent me a faulty machine. She asked me to switch out the porta filter from single to double wall and I sliced my finger open trying to get it off and immediately started crying because of how frustrated I am at this whole process. And they still won’t send me a new machine, I have to send this one back, then they fix it, then send it back to me. A 15 day process apparently. I just got the fucking thing and I know this is so stupid and such a first world problem that my $580 coffee machine doesn’t work but I’m poor and really wanted this and I wasted $30 in beans during this whole process and I’m just in tears over it and it’s ruining my day.
