I am a woman I am strong I am independent I chose to workout because it gives me mental strength, because it makes me feel powerful inside and out. I don’t waste my time with negativity I don’t let anyone tell me what I am capable off, I am a warrior. I am humble & grateful I am me, and I will not change for anyone or for anything. I love me….I love my body, and I embrace who I am. I am free.

Mi himno para mis amigas y hermanas este 2014 :

Soy mujer. Soy fuerte. Soy independiente. Yo me ejército porque me da fuerza mental y me hace sentir poderosa dentro y fuera No pierdo mi tiempo con cosas negativas. No dejo que nadie me diga lo que soy capaz de hacer, yo soy una guerrera. Soy humilde y agradecida. Yo soy YO y no voy a cambiar por nada ni por nadie. Yo me amo…Amo mi cuerpo, Y acepto como soy sin importar lo que piense la sociedad. Soy libre!
