Jon being secretly in love with a woman he thinks is his sister, and is so tormented about that that he sacrifices his chance at happiness to be with a tyrant in order to save the real woman he loves and keep her safe, while along the way learning to trust himself after being betrayed by his brothers for doing what he thought was right, learning from his experiences beyond the wall and pretending to be a turncloak and being in a toxic first relationship, and learning how to lead people honorably, with mercy and kindness, while also dealing with PTSD and existential dread that comes with dying and being brought back to life, struggling to figure out who he is and if he is honorable, especially when the real truth of who his parents are is thrown into the mix, which comes with knowing that he actually can be with the woman he loves, but he fucked that chance up by choosing to settle for a tyrant prematurely, and if he reveals the truth he could lose everything, only to sacrifice everything, give it all up to kill the tyrant once she goes a little too off the rails, expecting to fully lose everything, but it’s worth it to save the world and the woman he loves, and he expects nothing in return, only to discover that his sister/cousin can now save him by restoring Westeros’ trust in a Targaryen by giving him her name and joining their houses, and with her support he can finally accept that he is honorable and not a hopeless, depraved pervert who wanted to fuck his sister, but also someone who fucked up over and over again, and he gets what he thought was never possible when he was just a bastard which is to be a part of the Stark family, rebuilding Winterfell and fixing a lifelong mistake which started this whole mess, which was a Targaryen prince falling in love with a Stark daughter, by Catelyn 2.0 loving and giving a home to Jon, a Targaryen prince who marries a stark daughter
