Mitchie has dishes to do

Restless energy was coursing through Jamie's body as he frantically made his way around his apartment, tidying up as best he could within the short window of time he had to do so. This entire situation had come about very unexpectedly through a tinder match and subsequent agreement to meet up within the hour. Maybe if his needs were slightly less, he would have had the foresight to make these plans for tomorrow, and actually give himself a bit of grace on getting the place ready for the arrival of a pretty girl, but with how long it had been since he'd been with a girl at all, and how pretty this girl actually was, the concept of waiting until tomorrow seemed like it was impossible; especially because, by then, she was almost certain to find a better option than him.

As he was adjusting the pillows on his couch for the seventh or eighth time, he heard a knock at the door and sprang to his feet with such haste that would be warranted in a life and death situation, though once he was actually on his feet, he lingered in that spot for a few seconds, his legs having gone from feeling like they could have launched him into the stratosphere a second before to now feeling like they were made of lead. Taking a deep breath, he forced himself forward to open the door to his apartment, and when he did so, he smiled a nervous smile. Wow, she really was pretty! "Hi." He said, the slightly breathless sound of his voice making him inwardly cringe at himself.

Her fated return had been met with animosity the second she set foot on campus. Spring had expected it, after the fallout between her and Ophelia, and it had all been because of a boy. She didn't even bother to explain, not that it would have mattered after the slew of insults thrown her way. With everything in disarray she found herself in need to scratch certain itches, and one comment under her picture, sparked an ember. A few exchanged texts and one thing led to another, and Spring found herself in front of his door, being led in by the meek boy with nothing more than hi.

"thanks for rescuing my pillow case, from the deranged booby monster," halen commented as he sat across from her, holding the pillow tightly. "s'just all i have left of the only person who ever gave a shit about me,"

"When have you ever regretted anything to begin with?" Mitchie questioned through a raised brow, smiling down at how easily Lacy settled between them. "This isn't any less random than you adopting a raccoon, or paying an artist to draw, drew with big naturals and then framing it on his door, and then dubbing his apartment casa de boobs."

To everyone who'd spare a glance, they could easily tell that Mitchie was enthused. Captivated by the man in front of him in such a way that to him, they were practically in an empty room. No music, no bodies swaying back and forth, no idle chatter, just him. He watches as the liquid is so easily sipped, a bright lacquered sheen on Elijah's lips, and he smiles. "Flavor, there's a mix there." A few requests bring Mitchie out of his trance as he happily preps drinks for more people, sighing softly as his eyes come back to Elijah. Once he pulled him in, he realized this is the closest they've ever been, faces inches away from each other as Mitchie is forced to tilt his head upwards, watching as the lights cast shadows under Elijah's lashes. "Good, cause I'm quite tough actually, you should see my game face, really menacing," Mitchie mused as he scrunched up his features slightly, trying to look intimidating. The second Elijah called him a forbidden fruit, his breath caught in his throat as his blush deepened. "Dangerous, huh? How long have you been tempted?" Mitchie questioned as he leaned upwards, kissing Elijah's forehead before smiling. "Can't give it to you just yet, you'll just end up wanting more,"

"This bitch was bad mouthing you so I did what I had to," Scarlett said as a smile landed on her features. "I'd do it again in a heartbeat, maybe do some other things my father would sadly be proud of."

maddie giggles at his mild frustration as he tugs him closer. "So um, now that rehearsal is over, I do need you for that thing I was sorta kind of telling you about, and you were great, be nicer to my friend Jarrah, okay."

"Shaney," Mitchie giggled rolling his eyes at the man as he took his hand. "I've seen your room multiple times, you know you don't have to tidy up for me, but...it's still very sweet that you did," he smiled. "So fast and furious huh? Like I said the first two great, after that it's just weird because why are we using cars to save the world when they're not even transformers, and why is the answer to everything, family?" Mitchie's little rampant energy could not be subdued as he made himself at home and went into Shane's closet, changing clothes to put on one of Shane's hoodies. The ultimate comfort. "Okay, I'm ready," he mused as he plopped himself on the couch.

Halen had been used to living at the hockey house for so long he somewhat forgot who was actually a resident and who wasn't. Seeing Mitchie letting himself in and start making food for the team had been such a common occurrence that he sometimes forgot that Mitchie didn't live there. As soon as Gianna came through the door he smiled, laughing at her queries as he nodded. "You're in luck, the littlest chef actually did whip a whole buffet as per usual. He made a pasta bar with your choice of noodle, he made four homemade sauces, and your choice of protein or veggies, and he bought the fancy cheese you can put on top too. Even made tiramisu and bought fancy wine to go with it." Halen said as he showed her around Mitchie's setup. "Damn, Mackenzie's cooking is that bad? Has anyone told her or is she still living a fantasy of being able to cook? You think she's jealous of Mitchie and that's why she's so insistent?"

mitchie knew that alex wasn't ready to come out to everybody, so he got used to being his dirty little secret. but alex was sweet and caring so he couldn't really be all that mad about being kept in the dark. "good morning, professor singh," mitchie teased as he happily accepted the cup of coffee from the other. "coffee in bed, and they said romance was dead."

Ever since Griffin admitted he hadn't been seeing anybody else, a little sense of panic burrowed itself inside Mitchie's heart. The mere idea that he'd somehow hurt Griffin, sent him into a spiral as he cried into his pillow, chiding himself for not realizing sooner. All day, he'd been wearing Griffin's hoodie without realizing, the way it brought a small sense of comfort to him, his scent always lingering as he hugged himself. Once his doorbell rang, he ran to open the door, furiously wiping away at his puffy red eyes in an attempt to hide just how much he'd been crying, but to no avail. Mitchie didn't hesitate as he took Griffin's books and set them on the counter, turning to swiftly bury his features in his chest. "Before you ask, yes I'm okay."

"only when they're thrown by people i love more than the world itself, i want them to enjoy their time and i can show them my love by ensuring everything is flawless. does that make me a type a friend? also it's a party thrown by men, i needed to take over before it was just keg stands and shirtless grunting," mitchie laughed, although he wouldn't have hated the second part, sans the grunting. he was better than no man when it came to appetizing his eyes. " they never care when they find out because what i give them as a substitute ensures that one they're safe and two for some reason people rarely get mad at me," he shrugged, not really knowing why that second thing rang as true as it did. "you are in the most crowded area, other parts of the house are slightly quieter and won't have you feel the intense bass from the speakers inside your chest, that makes me slightly nauseous at times."
