There were 80 shows on OTRA. 69 WWA shows. 123 TMH shows. 54 UAN. 

They missed ONE SHOW EVER OVER ALL THAT TIME. That one day. October 20th, 2015. Over 5 years. 326 shows of their own headlining tours. This ONE SHOW. They’ve performed between barfs on stage, huffing from inhalers, on literal broken limbs and a decaying knee joint...and suddenly their team is gonna be cool and let Liam have the night off to not shit his pants onstage after 5 years of running them into the ground? This band was a very tightly run machine. Management would’ve told him ‘Man up, shit your pants on stage, we’ll get you a banana costume to hide in.” They waited until the very last minute..when they were supposed to be ONSTAGE PERFORMING, to cancel the show? Everyone was there. Ready. Waiting. 11,000 FANS. WERE. ALREADY. THERE? If Liam was that sick they could’ve performed without him. I saw BSB without Howie. It’s doable.  

You can take this with a grain of salt if you like, but I also got a message from someone months later after I was saying that it was totally a Babygate protest. I’ll keep her info anonymous, and she doesn’t want the message published (I still have it.) but she came off anon and told me this personally, tied her name and where she lived to it and is still around, so I trust this more than a shady anon, because it wasn’t a shady anon. She said she had family friends at the show, one that is friends with Liam and she messaged her friend and asked if Liam was okay, and the friend texted to check in with him and the very loose not quoted overall message re: the entire situation was “I’m fine, it’s just shit.” 

Also this was The same night, this happened? ...at 7:30pm Belfast time? Nearly time to go onstage? Which makes it seem like the tabs were given the go-ahead to publish the baby birth news and that one fucked up and posted it without dates SEVERAL MONTHS TOO EARLY? Belfast is one of the notable spots in the Eroda map? 

I think, and have thought from the beginning, and will go to my grave believing that Louis and Harry absolutely fucking lost it and refused to perform because they were told then that they were going to go through with letting the baby storyline continue to a birth.
