My lunch every day for a year

Asian style tofu over rice, with a garnish of black and green olives. A side of breaded cheese with a mayo-based cream sauce. And of course bread is free!

Fish fillet burger with tartar sauce, and a side of roasted potatoes and lettuce. And of course bread is free!

Duck leg with orange sauce, roasted potatoes and greens. A couple cheeses from the assortment, one is brie and the other I can’t remember. And of course bread is free!

Confit de canard (duck confit), with polenta and greens. And of course bread is free!

Eggplant soup, cucumber tomato salad with a splash of balsamic vinegar, and a tuna sandwich. And of course, bread is free!

Salmon with chimichurri sauce on asian style noodles with roasted eggplants and a black olive garnish. A side of whitefish dip with a zucchini garnish. And of course bread is free!

Chicken wings in orange sauce, with chicken spring rolls over noodles. Garnished with some black and green olives. And for dessert, a coffee éclair!

I made a jambon (ham) beurre (butter) and rockette (arugula) sandwich for lunch!

Back at Pasteur: Eggplant phyllo pastry pie with greens garnish. A side of mushroom and couscous. And of course, bread is free!
