I don’t remember the name of this hot dog (yes, there’s a hot dog under all that) but I do remember being attracted to the savagery of a bacon-covered wiener.

It doesn’t get more decadent than a king crab sandwich. The owner promised me the experience would be out of this world.

It was.

Just on the north side of the invisible line that separates Tennessee from Mississippi sits this underrated-yet-busy BBQ joint. There you’ll find my favorite rib tips in Memphis – partly because they’re delicious, and partly because I’ve never had them elsewhere.
