“Thank you, Inoue-san!” she chirped, thinking to herself that it was nice to be able to ask for something without being mocked for it first. Orihime was always so sweet, even in the simplest of ways. Rukia always adored that about her. 

“Oh, I was just here on a simple hollow scan the other night, and Yuzu and Karin always beg me to stay… It’s hard to say no to their puppy eyes.” she laughed to herself and shook her head before continuing, “so I thought I’d just hang around for a while. That’s all.” 

“Oh, I see…” She should imagine that that was the reason. So Rukia would probably leave soon, and Inoue… She would be alone again. Since everyone was busy with work and personal problems, Orihime had no one to talk to. But she also could not monopolize Kuchiki. It was an important shinigami!
